Head Coach, President & Treasurer
Coach Jones graduated from Jacksonville High School (1986) and received a basketball scholarship to Arkansas College (Lyon College) in Batesville, AR. He was a two time NAIA Honorable Mention Honoree (1989-90). He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in 1990. He is married to a beautiful young lady ,Kimberly Jones, and the father of Antoine, Whitney & Khaila Jones. He is currently working for the Arkansas Bureau of Standards (23 years) as the Petroleum Chemist Supervisor. He is also the Founder, President and Head Coach of the Team Elite Track Club Organization since 2005. He is a Master USATF Track Official and currently holds a position on the AAU Area 17 Board. He is the Vice President of the Usher Board at the ACTS I Ministry in Conway as well as the Vice President of the Men's Ministry. He has dedicated his life to the success of coaching and mentoring young people for the past 12 years starting with coaching youth girls basketball and now track & field.

Chandun L. O'Neal
Coach O'Neal was born in Pasadena, Ca. and raised in Dallas, Tx. where he graduated from Duncanville High School. He then went on to attend the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville on a track scholarship. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a collegiate record in track. Coach O'Neal has dedicated his life to helping prepare student/athletes for college and in doing so founded Track Dogs United in 2008. He realized that for a better Arkansas and a bigger reach to help the youth, Team Elite was the best choice. He serves the Northwest Arkansas area where he is currently the Head Track and Field Coach at Providence Christian Academy in Rogers and a member of Restoration Church in Fayetteville. He still resides in Fayetteville with his wife Jeanene O'Neal and two children Chandun Jr. and Presleigh.

Cetra L. Hughes entered her professional career in 1989 as a graduate of Arkansas College of Technology with a degree in Electronics Engineering. Cetra has been in the Elite family since 2008, sharing her grace and and her strength in spirit to improve the lives of many young adults. She is a 19 year veteran of the Pulaski County Special School District and an active member to Greater Missionary 2nd Baptist Church of Little Rock, Arkansas. Cetra has four young adults, Sam, Piven, Blake, Cetra Jr.
Employed with Dassult Falcon Jet for 18 plus years, Interior Design.Studied at the University of Arkansas Pine bluff 1986-1990, the University of Arkansas 1984-1986 Retail Management. I played high school basketball at Little Rock Hall 1982-1984 were I won 3 AAAA state championships.I started high jumping at a 10 years old with Hershey track and field.I jumped in jr. and high school and some in college. Had lot of success in jr high and high schools with my highest leap 6 foot 10 inches.I broke a lot of the high jump recotrds. In college hit 7 feet twice. My main coach experience is in baseball. I've coached high level baseball for 20 plus years ( little league- high school ).I've coached track and field for about 7 years. I've been married for 18 years to a wonderful lady Clarissa(ABC and Webster U) who was a good basketball and track athlete.I have four great kids David ( UCA) 2, Courtney(ABC), Cameron( Fuller) and Dasjah(Clinton).

A native of Crossett, AR and a former athlete of Track/Field, Basketball and Softball She's a member of the beautiful sisterhood of 🔺DELTA SIGMA THETA SORORITY, Inc. Has been in the field of Education and Sports since 2001. She has earned a Bachelor's Degree in Education and Criminal justice and a Master's Degree in Sports Psychology and Coaching. She's been a certified USATF official since 2010 and currently work as a track and field trainer and as the fast pitch coach for the girls softball teams in Crossett.
She graduated from Crossett high school and is currently attending UAMS majoring in criminal justice. She was a certified personal trainer for 6 years in Rockford, Illinois. She's been with team elite for 3 years and has also been a certified USATF Official for 4 years. She has 2 daughters ages 18, 14
Director of Logistics/Travel
Kimberly Jones is a graduate of Kensett High School (1989) and attended South Central Career College. Currently working for EATON Corporation in Searcy (19 years). She is the co-founder of Team Elite Track Club and been the team mom for 8 years. She is the mother of Whitney & Khaila Jones and the wife of Coach Jones. She is the team Director of Transportation for the last 3 years. She just loves the kids!!!

Cross posted prep bests of 14.01 in the 110-meter hurdles, 36.99 in the 300-meter hurdles, 53.42 in the 400-meter hurdles, 22.09 in the 200 meters and 48.47 in the 400 meters. He was the 2009 Arkansas State Champion in both hurdle events. He clocked times of 14.01 and 37.20, respectively, to win his state titles. At the Arkansas Meet of Champions, he clocked times of 14.08 and 36.99 in the 110-meter hurdles and the 300-meter hurdles, respectively, to win both events. Cross' 300-meter hurdles time of 36.99 broke the Arkansas Meet of Champions record and the overall state record. The previous record of 37.04 was set by former Razorback Sam Glover in 1998. Cross is a three-time all-state honoree and holds the Newport High School record in the 300-meter hurdles. He was an honors graduate of Newport High School with 3.95 GPA. He was a member of the National Honor Society and also lettered in basketball.
